Valentine's Day Carob Dipped Strawberries

Equipment

  • 1 Cookie sheet
  • 1 waxed paper

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Strawberries (hulled, washed, and dried)
  • ¼ to ½ cup carob chips or yogurt drops (melted)

Instructions
 

  • Put a piece of waxed paper on a cookie sheet.
  • Dip the Strawberries about 2/3 of the way into the carib or yogurt. Place on the waxed paper lined cookie sheet and put in the refrigerator to harden.

Notes

For a white chocolate looking chocolate dipped strawberry use yogurt drops. If you would like a regular chocolate dipped look use carob.
Variation: 
If you would like you can use a small amount of cream cheese and pipe it into the cavity of the strawberries before dipping them.
