Put a piece of waxed paper on a cookie sheet.
Dip the Strawberries about 2/3 of the way into the carib or yogurt. Place on the waxed paper lined cookie sheet and put in the refrigerator to harden.
For a white chocolate looking chocolate dipped strawberry use yogurt drops. If you would like a regular chocolate dipped look use carob.
Variation:
If you would like you can use a small amount of cream cheese and pipe it into the cavity of the strawberries before dipping them.
